At Bearsted Primary Academy we aim to provide an education which is exciting, engaging, ambitious and accessible to all children. We celebrate and acknowledge that all children are unique and different and through quality first teaching we plan to ensure learning is suited to our pupils’ strengths and is supportive of their needs.

At BPA we are committed to providing an environment that enables full curriculum access which values and includes all students, staff, parents and visitors regardless of their educational, physical, sensory, social, spiritual, emotional and/or cultural needs. We are committed to taking positive action in the spirit of the Equality Act 2010 with regard to disability and to reinforcing our culture of inclusion, support and awareness within the school.

We operate an open door policy whereby you are able to speak to class teachers, support staff, SENCo (Principal) whenever you feel this necessary. No matter how small or trivial you think the matter is we are here to help and support you and your child in their learning and development. Just ask at the office to speak to the relevant member of staff and arrangements will be made for this to happen.
