This week in Reception our inquiry focus is on ‘Pirates’ and we have been blown away by the home learning that we have seen so far! Yesterday our children were set a very tricky science challenge to investigate which materials were best for a pirate ship, and to build a ship that would float in water! We saw the children being investigative thinkers, and also showing resilience as they worked hard to complete this challenge successfully. Great job sea explorers!
