This week is ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’ and we have been busy learning how to keep our bodies and our minds happy and healthy!

It is so important to empower our young children to be balanced learners, and we have had lots of fantastic class discussions about what mental health is, and strategies we can use on days we are not feeling very balanced! We have also been getting active this week and connecting with nature – both amazing ways in which we can bring a happy boost to our brains!
